Thanks for the feedback @Spottydog714 ! :) The negative trait part is 100% open-ended/up to the player to decide how they want to do it, which is why there are no specific guidelines.
If you don't have OR, you will have a much easier time with the challenge haha but can still do it without visiting the Hermit or learning Herbalism. And I forget, what feature of SD comes into play in the challenge? I didn't think there was one but I'm not sure.
