Treehouse building kit

Basically, a kit that you can build a treehouse.

• Four different treehouses, like in TS3.
  
• Interaction could include: pranks, sleepover, gender restrict and others.
  
• Building could be done between adults/teens and childrens, or hire someone who can build it
  
• All treehouses could include only the ladder, but it could be upgraded with new elements like slider, tire swing, telescope and planters
