I'd like to go another step further:
Please get rid of the ridiculous lot requirements. Getting rid of them would really help players to make better use of the space that we do have.
If a player says that a park is a park, that should be good enough. We don't need the game telling us how many benches and chairs are needed. So, please stop it. This was fixed in TS3. Why did you go back to the obnoxious requirements in a brand new game?
These artificial limitations on lots are really hampering creativity in this game.
As well, every object should function on any community lot. Period. There's no reason that I shouldn't be able to plunk down a food stand on any community lot that I like and then, have it work automatically! Please consider consolidation.
