Venues with longer buffs
Do you ever visit a Museum just so your sims would get something interesting for a while? I just don't visit any venues like that, and I realised why.
How about if you do visit, say a museum, and view the objects there, atleast 3 or something - you would end up with a buff that lasts a full week, like some happiness buff +1 for a week.
This sort of thing could go well with other things as well you just never do with your sims because there's rarely time or you don't want to deal with load times. With enough incentive, we make time or we endure load times.
