While I would appreciate this greatly, I am skeptical at best at getting anything like it. They have defended numerous times generating random Sims for jobs rather than pulling from those already made. I despise it, but it is the reality of 4.
Have to say, I would love nothing more than to turn off random generation of Sims completely. It has been one of my biggest qualms with 4 from the very beginning, the randos clogging up my save files. I have to waste so much time culling these wasted sacks of pixels just because the game would be "empty" without them.
Anyway, I do not need a special interface or system to be happy here. I just want to stop my own game from creating these nuisances.
