i don't think you are able to because it's just like the school expansion pass..and idk if it even will come out..
First up the world is still being worked on, I'm making the world to be a complete package, that will include, different playing styles.
REASON FOR THE DELAY
I could give a long list of reasons, the main reason is why I was working on the world I kept coming up with new idea's to use in the world and them things take time to make. To give you a idea of the things I'm working on, I've made over 120+ Aspiration, traits and holiday traditions for the world.
RELEASE DATE
If everything goes plan it will be the 10th July, I've recently worked out the stuff I need to complete before I release the world and the mods, once I've finished my currently list of stuff to do and even if I fall short I will still release the mod on this date.

The Monster High Lexicon
The Lexicon is the language, used in the monster high, I added all the Monster High Language into the 100000+ words in the Sims 4 game, this will change the entire language of the game. You can find more info about the lexicon Here https://monsterhigh.fandom.com/wiki/Monster_High_lexicon

THE MONSTER HIGH CALENDER
The aspirations will get an update before release, the best way to explain this will be, if you take Frankie Stein, aspiration and your not playing that Sim, the Aspiration will change to your Sim name and the Aspiration will contain a Monster High Blood Origin Name, in the history of the Aspiration to tell you where the Aspiration was from. This is still being worked on.
I will leave you will a small secret, while I've been working on this world, I decided to add a crossover to the world, that will be Buffy the vampire slayer, she will have her own aspiration and could get interesting when she discovers Monster High. Just in case you would rather not play about with cute monsters, you might find an evil dead, Hannibal Lectar and several other true to life horror stuff, hidden in the world.
