I'd really like these achivements to give us in game rewards items, something like minecraft do. But i don't know if it would go well with the current system per save. Is there any reason for them to be only attached to a save?

Yes exactly! Or like simoleons, or really anything to unlock (like those rewards we get in those in-game live events)...
