The shopping cart race is a must with friends. You just need to wait until the grocery store closes...you and your friends have the whole parking lot for about an hour before the cops show up!

Foundry Metal and Welding hobby. 

A new work station for creating metal sculptures, swords/knives, and industrial art work for the interior spaces. 

Fly Fishing and a new fishing rod with animations.

Forgot about Golfing.

We need this in the game as part of the Athletic Career.
