100 homes limit -Needs to be higher

I own ALL Expansion Packs, and now my game tells me I can’t place any more homes! There is a 100 homes limit, and rentals means more homes on one plot. . I refuse to delete or downsize the world I am trying to build. It goes against the whole purpose of the game. 

If EA doesn’t make this limit higher, there will be no point in buying more Expansion Packs. Because if I have 100 homes already, and can’t even build more homes in Nordhaven as it is, what is the point?

I play on Xbox, so can’t use cheats.
