A Way To Change The Swatch Of Hair Accessories Separately

I really wish we could change the swatch of hair accessories separately instead of having it be tied to the hair color. It can kind of get in the way of freedom and creativity in Sim design!

CC creators have been able to pull this off with simple separate overlays. The only problem is that they clutter up the catalog by having to take space in the piercings category, for example.

I don't think it should be that hard for the devs to come up with a simple, official way to do it? There aren't too many hairs with accessories, so it shouldn't be a massive task either.

I even made a quick little mock-up of a separate swatch selection appearing when choosing a hair that has accessories:

    Exactly. That's why i suggested a paint mode for hair on base game because we'd be able to choose the hairs (and accesories? They work like part of the hair?) colors ourselves and even if the hair will have a different coloring like ombré, balayage, etc. Or maybe te original swatches could work as the accesories swatches and then we'd choose the hair color with the paint mode.
