If the aspirations panel has filled up formative moment suggestions( I think the max that shows is 5 or 6), if a new one is triggered by doing something a pop up will say that a new formative moment will show up in the suggested section in the aspiration panel.
However if that panel is showing the max suggestions then it doesn’t show up. I’ve missed quite a few because of this.
Could you please provide the following information
- Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.

Yes even without mods I am having this issue. The panel is maxed out with formative moments and if I get another one from doing something it notifies me that it will show up in the panel but because it's full it doesn't show up. Deleting some of them to make space still doesn't bring up the one that came up with the notification.

Okay, could it be made so we don't get any more formative moment notifications if it's maxed out? That would make things make a little more sense at least.
I have the same problem. I can't complete the last 3 formative moments because they either didn't appear after there was no room for them, or I accidentally canceled them and now I don't know what to do. Is there any cheat that activates these tasks?
This is the first time the panel was full and I had like four other children at the park suggest different formative moments. Now that I've caught up with the panel and some others that popped up after I did those, I can't seem to get back to the ones that were suggested by those children that do not have a specific trigger (for example, putting a camera on the ground and clicking it to get Amateur Photographer or clicking a refrigerator for Feed Yourself etc). Horse Kid, Be Investigative are the main two I want back. I keep interacting with my Sims' 2 horses, it won't trigger it. I've tried taking photos of Sims and going through other people's trash to try and trigger Investigative. Nothing. I truly wish there was a guide on how to trigger these moments. I'm starting to believe that if a moment is suggested to your Sims child and the bar is already filled, I am thinking you can't get them back if there isn't a specific item or action to trigger that particular moment suggestion. So many of them I know the items you need to trigger them. I have 8 moments left to do. 1 in the queue to complete. 1 that I need to witness death (it's coming, I have two elderly pets). 1 I might not be able to get (Be Rouge). That leaves 5 more to get: Be a Completionist (I'm going to try and see if visiting Buddy helps trigger that one and I will keep trading), Be a Traveler (I keep traveling to different places), Be an Outdoor Enthusiast, Be a Horse Kid, Be Inquisitive about Health. If anyone has any suggestions, please please share them. Either no child Sim should suggest a moment if the bar is full, or as you add one from the bar into the queue, one of the suggested should fill in the empty space.
