If that is the case, I disagree.
If other scarves works, this one should function the same. Right now it ends up feeling like an inconsistency and bug to me as a player since if I test and one scarf displays with a top, I would expect all other scarf options to work as well if I selected them with the same top, since they are the same type of clothing piece.
To be honest, I think this is a mistake. It can't be that this scarf isn't displayed, not even with the own items from the kit. I kindly ask you to reconsider and enable compatibility with multiple items not just from the kit!
We've clearly already given our feedback on the design. All scarves need to be wearable over all clothes. Designing them this way and then waving it away as "oh but it's intentional" is sheer laziness.
And it's disappointing that this has now been moved away from the bug section, because now all the votes from everyone who agree that it's a bad design are gone.
