Allow creating ghost pets on CAS
The last time I've tried to create a ghost pet for my ghost sim family i couldn't. I imagine that was because we never could create ghosts on CAS before so that included pets and their packs too.
But now that we have the death type trait slot to create ghosts sims, nothing more fair than adding one for the Create a Pet too.
