[Autonomy] What should be Added & What should be on a Cooldown.

In hindsight of the recent discord/reddit post about autonomy, I have been really thinking about what I wish was autonomous and what should be autonomous with a cooldown. I have mentioned repeatedly ...

After update, sorry computers/mobile dislike isn't enough (IMHO, we need a global toggle).

Also, cooldowns just are not enough either. Though they will be helpful after trait/skill/career/occult/etc. autonomy is overhauled—for Sims that do not have overly deciding traits on personality/behaviour. Also note this post which is relating:
