[BY DESIGN] Multiple Sims for Tarot Card favors roles

Product: The Sims 4
Platform: PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? I don't know, this isn't easy to test
What is your current game version number? 1.110.311.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Every expansion, game pack, and stuff pack except for DHD, HSY, and Horse Ranch.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Do the quests for the Ghost Host, such as the "Essence-tials" quest
What happens when the bug occurs? The default Ghost Host sim, Esther Gomes, is replaced by a random ghost sim.
What do you expect to see? I expect Esther to remain the Ghost Host unless she gets deleted or otherwise removed from the game or something.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now, I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No, I just tried doing this.

Hi ! I have a bug when I accept quests from the dad and widower to get the tarot cards… the member change immediately and no one of the two can accept the toy I have to give them…

I saved my game before and I quit it there so it doesn’t change for the moment !

So warning to guys who try it ! And if someone have a solution it would be appreciated ! Thank you ! ❤️

And yes I have mods too

I've had an interesting situation where the Ghost Host keeps changing sometimes back to Ester, Petunia White, and another Sim who's name I can't recall! I play on PS4 and thus don't have any mods!
Mind you I been having bugs with certain things like Aspiration milestones not being checked (still hasn't effected my ability to complete them), but still having issues completing certain tasks for the ghost host (the cake one worked fine though)!

I figured that was the case! Still I think that there may be an issue with giving them certain items like essences and soul as I've had that issue!

My game keeps randomly generating new sims and then giving them roles within the Order of Lenore, replacing the townies already in those roles. Those townies (Ekade Aether, Esther Gomes, Zelmira Gomes, & Nyon Specter) have not died or aged up, and I have Neighborhood Stories turned off, so I don't know why their roles keep getting reassigned. A couple of times they have gotten their role back, only to lose it a few in-game days later. It breaks the story/immersion.
