Can the Snaggle Fluster book be a book?

Can the Snaggle Fluster book that we get a chance to buy at level 9 of the Culinary/Mixology career be an actual book? Then we can pass it down from generation to generation.

Attach skill level requirements in order to learn the recipe to keep it from being to overpowered. Even make it possible for the burglar to steal from a bookcase, container or surface.

Having to go through the rabbit hole careers once for the unlocks is enough.
