[CL] Give us access to the apartments shells

Hi people!

Basically the buildings/structures disappear after we bulldoze the lot to replace with a new one from the gallery.

A very annoying bug that can basically break your games and unfortunately this just happened to me. 

To overcome this bug I've been using a mod called "Unlocked Apartment Shells" by #LunarBritney from the Mod The Sims website.

The mod basically give us access to shells that works exactly like the original ones from before bulldozing the lots: The buildings give us access to go up so the elevator travel us down.

The problem is: we cannot take out the mod or the bug will come back again

Thinking about this I came with this idea: why EA/Maxis don`t give us access to the shells so we can fix these issues?

A simple solution with not much work at all. 

I know that they cannot update the game to fix this for everyone...so give us access to the tools to fix them! 

The mod does that so easily why the game that we own don`t have the ability to do that?
