Custom Titles reverting when no nobles are in the world

Gave this a test and it's staying fine for me so possible a console issue.

Do you apply the titles to all Kingdoms ? Does it make any difference which button you choose to edit them ?

I have kind of the same stuff. I customized the titles and applied to all of the kingdoms. Then, when I am in a new hood and create a new noble, the system is reverted to the one originaly in the game. I have then to go back to hood, go to another hood where my modifications still apply and copy again the titles to all hoods. And then it is ok. I hope it is clear. Could it be fixed ?

I don't know if anyone else is having trouble with these bugs, but I just tried to create a dynasty. I created the dynasty, then went into Create A Sim to save that Dynasty and save again for good measure. But when I went to load the family, all my hard work was gone. And that's not the only bug I encountered. I tried to switch the noble titles that I didn't want to the noble titles that I did want, but they won't save either. I always have to go back and rewrite them again. It's so frustrating! This is the first time I've ever run into game altering glitches like these. Does anyone know about this? If so, did you have to deal with this? Please help! I'm utterly lost. 😔

I had the exact same thing happen to me. I tried to switch the noble titles that I didn't want to the noble titles that I did want, but they won't save at all. I’m trying to make custom kingdom titles in Forgotten Hallow and Sulani for the nobility career. But for whatever reason, the titles revert back to the default titles. I’m seeing this when I switch neighborhoods, and Vlad for example calls a townie that I’m playing with in Ondarion. When I’ve gone in to customize kingdom titles for Sulani, it erased the customization done in Forgotten Hallow and replaced it with the default titles after going into live mode. :/ No mods or cc used.

Im having this issue on my Mac :( It happens when I edit the titles in the world before playing a household. And it happens when I change the titles in live mode and go back out again to a different world/household. 

How can it be designed that we need to reset the custom titles each time we load the game? What?

Yeah ditto, that seems like a bad choice if it is a design choice. It's driving me insane that I can't change any titles permanently, especially as a rotational player. I already have a spreadsheet going to keep track of most things that don't get recorded by the game, and I don't want to have to add a column for titles that I have to change every time.
