[EBN] Multiple Role Sims show up in Innisgreen

I'm starting to see other Sims showing up as the special Role NPC's in Innisgreen. For example: there are now two Gnome Enthusiast in my game as well as two Fairy Council Liaisons. Different names. Different Sims. Same Title. 

FYI: Care Ren the Fairy Council Liaison is wearing a Style Influencer outfit.
