Fishing in Sims 4

With the content that has come out recently in the Sims 4 it has made fishing rather redundant and honestly the skill is kind of boring. While watching my fiance play red dead it gave me a really good idea that would be easy to incorporate into the game and would encourage players to use this skill more. If there was a tackle box that functioned similarly to the Crystal creations pack where we could make different lures in the game, and maybe your fishing level allows you to make better lures it would add an exciting new element to the game.

    Selling fish at a night market like in For Rent instead of the fish stand would be fun gameplay for storytelling.  

    Breeding fish at a hatchery.

    New venue Fishery/ Factory industry: Brindelton Bay, Sulani, San Myshuno...no rabbit.hole. Retail gameplay.

    Fishing boats and crab boats that are functional would be a nice addition along with adding  a tugboat for rescue relief when those fishermen get stranded in the deep blue storm.

    I would like to live and fish off my boat like in sims 3.

    I like your idea.
