Gallery: "Show Owned Packs" Option Showing Un-Owned Packs Too

I don't know if this bothers anyone else, but as someone who only has a few packs, I hate having to look through the gallery for things I can download. Whenever I try using the "show owned" packs filter function, all it does is bring up gallery items that use the packs I own, but also other packs I don't have. So, the builds will have at least 1 item from a pack I own, but also hundreds of items from packs that I don't own. So I'm forced to download almost everything as base game, which is frustrating because I want to use the items from the packs I've bought without having to personally edit every single build with the items that I own. I wish that button would just only show the builds that use the packs I own, and not any other packs used. Does this frustrate anyone else?
