Get to Work Revamp

Can there be a revamp for Get to Work now that it's been out for a few years. I would love for there to be some additional interactions that our Sims can have as they reach the top of the career path. For example, my Sim is now the Chief of Police and it would be cool if they could do things like issue case assignments, fire/hire other sims, Investigate "higher level" cases, and give orders (like in the scientist career).

Also, revamp it so that once sims get to the top of the career, they can have their own dedicated office space that they have personal items in.
