Hole in the wall Bars

In theory this shouldn't be too difficult to add as there are already items that do this (the kitchen thing from the restaurant pack for example).

It would be really handy if the bars with frames (you could do this for all bars, but the ones with frames make the most sense) could be 'hole in the wall' items - i.e. can be placed over walls and be functional.

Trying to fake this effect is tricky at best and always looks off in some way.
