[HSY] Too frequent ThrifTea notifications (daily, with no option to disable)

This notification is still happening on the daily. I even bulldozed the thrifttea lot, changed it to generic, it still kept giving the notification. Now I replaced the lot with a cafe (made with not a single item from the hs pack) and the notification IS STILL HAPPENING! I have 0 thrift lots in my entire save and the only bubble tea stand is the one outside by the Ferris wheel.
