Ideas for Future Packs & Expansions

I'm sure this has been discussed before, but I figured it wouldn't hurt to add some ideas that I believe would make for amazing gameplay!

Tattoo Parlor - it would be incredible to have this as a playable career path and skill set.
Dentistry - with the introduction of children losing baby teeth, it would be interesting to expand this concept into a career path to where Sims can get braces, dentures, fix cavities if they don't regularly brush their teeth, etc.
More After School Activities and Clubs for Children - it would be fantastic to have more skill and responsibility building opportunities for children. Some ideas are: ballet or dancing, ice skating, 4H Club, marching band, sports (baseball, football, hockey, etc.)
More Lot Challenges with Weather Impact - certain weather events could possibly impact the lot. Examples: flooding with heavy rain, damaging wind when windy, wild fires when hot and dry, etc.
More Marketable Hobbies - Examples: pottery, doll making, candles, glass-blowing, etc.
Theme Park - I know we have the little fairground for the teens to visit after prom, but it would be amazing to have rollercoasters, rides, and booths for the entire family to visit and interact with any time!

These are just a few ideas! Like I said, I'm sure they've been discussed before, but I'd LOVE to see these added someday!
