    This issue has been determined to be functioning as designed currently. 

    Please feel free to provide your feedback here if you feel we should revisit this design choice.

I have the same issue too and my sims constantly do 'Speak dead Language' which really needs to be adjusted and also toned down because it's too much that it gets festering and hurt sentiments.

EA please fix this
