[LD] Excessive autonomous 'Speak dead language'/Relationship deteriorating

    Hi all,

    This issue has been determined to be functioning as designed currently. 

    Please feel free to provide your feedback here if you feel we should revisit this design choice.

While the interaction is intended to be the way it is, my Sim does it constantly. It does deteriorate relationships. I love that he can do it, but it is excessive and needs to be toned down a bit.
