Love Struck Shower Woohoo

I know that the shower woohoo is currently only in Discover University but if they’re not going to have it in as a base game feature, they could at least include it into another fitting pack. I was very sad to discover it not included in Love Struck! 
I think shower woohoo should at least be added to the Love Struck pack as it came with a new shower and they could change that specific item to include the shower woohoo if they didn’t want to release the full feature with updating the pack. I own Love Struck but not Discover University and I don’t think people should have to own both packs just for a feature to work for the LOVE pack.
