Moodlets from Practice Makes Perfect trait are too strong

The moodlets from the Practice Makes Perfect trait can be +5 and can last several days thus overwhelming all other moodlets. For instance my Sim needed to be consoled by one of the LD specters, but it wasn't possible because he had a +5 and a +2 Focused moodlet.
