Multiplayer!!!

I know this has been brought up dozens of times, but I just want to reiterate how GREAT it would be to add a multiplayer element to the Sims 4. It doesn't have to be a mandatory thing, and it doesn't have to be with people you don't know, but it would be so much fun to be able to play live online with friends, ESPECIALLY crossplatform. 

One of my friends plays the Sims on console only, and they were telling me that back in the day, the Sims 2 for console had a multiplayer option (I play the Sims on PC only, so this was news to me). Either way, the technology is there, and a lot of fans want this, so why not make it possible to do without mods?

    The multi-player was stand alone console verions. They already tried an online multi-player option with the Sims Online 20-some years ago. I support a different stand alone version, but not adding it officially to a over decade old game. Personally, I would not buy a multi-player version, but it might have a small audience.
