Need option to turn off relationship decay for all households

For rotational players and just people that don't want to worry about their sim entirely forgetting their grandchild because they haven't interacted in a few days... I am asking that an option be add...

I've also found this to be really frustrating, especially when it comes to planning social events in the household calendar. Anyways.... Despite the fact that I'm using MCCC, adding a toggle option to the menu which disables friendly and romantic relationship decay would be really helpful.
