New playground equipment requirements (6) are too high

Here's my playground.  As it's right by the monkey bars and jungle gym  in Newcrest I decided not to include those in my design.

The building at the top right of the screen has a changing/potty area for toddlers, as well as a soft drinks station and the pumpkin candy bowl.  I need to have sims build the treehouse.

I definitely need to do more landscaping with it but I'm out of ideas right now.
