That is a silly requirement. They should either reduce the number of required equipment to 2, or add some more basegame playground equipment. I hate it when they require lots of same type of objects for a lot to function. Let the player decide if they want more pirate ships or monkey bars or chairs on the lot. As it is it's not even possible to fit all of them on the 20x20 lot.
my solution to this is same as stupid tv in bars.. i have small basement without acces and toss all in there🫠 now im free to build what I actually liked.

I totally agree, and I hate that so many bars in the US have TVs in real life (with ADHD it's hard enough to pay attention to a conversation with so much background noise, never mind something with moving images trying to grab my attention lol). But even here, not all of them do, mostly sports themed ones. So make the TV optional for builds!
Also, to stay on topic (another hard thing for me, lol) I agree that 6 playground items is too high, especially if you only had a smaller lot to build on and the basegame playground items are HUGE.
