Older Occults and Fear Emotion

Now that we have had the fear emotion for a few years, we should have an update that affects this emotion related to older occults. Vampires can surge emotions, so they should definitely be able to surge fear. Maybe spellcasters can be afraid of the night wraith and normal sims could be afraid of a mermaid using evil powers?
