Parties!

So I don't know if it was some fever dream, a spin off on mobile or what... But I SWEAR other households would invite your sim to Birthday Parties and Weddings and things before Sims 4. 

It was such a great way to meet new sims, was really wonderful for story. 

Imagine this.

Your best friend next door invites you to their Kiddos birthday party and you bring your kids. 

Your best friend from the Gym invites you to be Sim of Honour at her wedding. 

Uncle Frank is having a Weenie Roast, requests your attendance. 

Grandma decides she wants a whole family reunion. 

Accepting or declining might affect your relationship with them, maybe even your behaviour at the event. Maybe you get moodlets, even if you're not invited... Maybe you don't get invited and you get a sad moodlet. Maybe we have the option to gatecrash when not invited? 

 

The possibilities are ENDLESS! 

Oh and sim households are too small without mods. Parents, four kids, horse and a dog and you're maxed out. 

I wanted her to be haunted by the ghost of her dead husband in her new marriage. But... Alas! No! 

Sucks! 

 

Oh well. Next generation maybe. Hopefully I won't be surprised with twins.

    Oh also. 

    Can we PLEASE have more options for the gameplay settings on life span. 

    Normal feels kinda quick. It's very hard to achieve all you want to in that time span. 

    Long is SO LONG you end up doing EVERYTHING and becoming bored and manually aging them up. 

    Maybe a sliding scale. Honestly that would be so lovely. I'm always up and down and up and down. It's such a faff. 

    I like the drama of feeling pressed for time. But also, I don't like the fact that I'm getting too stressed because there literally isn't any time.
