This suggestion would increase the game's rating. It is not proper for the T for teen. Btw, I have female teens who play this game, since I introduced it to them. They both told me this isn't something they would want.
Not proper for teen rating is wild, teens have cycles too, it's as natural as any bodily functions sims already have in game. I wouldn't mind them adding it as long as it's a feature you can toggle off, I feel like gameplay is already complex enough. Also I play the Sims to escape my problems so I don't want to think about my own miserable period while I'm playing lol
