I logged in today and there are 11 items still locked. Where is typically was showing the time when items would unlock, now it only says “LOG IN DAILY AND CLAIM REWARDS”. Given that the event ends in 2 days, will these items get unlocked?
i have been logging in daily to claim my items for the deck the palms event and it says locked
Since the start of the Deck of Palms event I have been logging in the game basically every single day to not lose any of the items, but the last 2 are still locked, I have already tried everything, even reinstalling the game, but they are still locked. I've waited to see if eventually the rewards would be unlocked, but now the event is ending and they're not. Please resolve the issue
I played the Sims 4 multiple times a week since the event started. Each time I played I claimed the event rewards that were available to me. Many times I started my game and almost all of the event rewards were still locked. Thought they would become available eventually but now the event ends in a day and more than half of my event rewards are still locked.
There’s a twitter/ X page too, if you have had any problems please make sure to say, there’s still time for them to extend it or help if they know about the problems. if they don’t know they won’t do anything

I've had a few issues with this event specifically. I've logged in everyday besides 1 day this week. The event completely disappeared then it appeared the next day but alot of items were and still are locked. I really would like this to get fixed so I can get all the rewards before the event ends.
For reference, I have all the exp packs, stuff kits, and most kits.
I’m having the same issue, no mods or cc, repaired the game twice, and I tried to post to the link and even that’s not working.
