[RL] Noble Frog Charming still has unchangeable frog eyes

My sim found a Royal Frog while resource collecting in Ondarion. He kissed it and the frog turned into a Marchioness and proposed on the spot (so far so good). My sim accepted and the two went out on a few dates prior to the wedding to get friendship and romance both filled and achieve soulmate status before their nuptials. The have been married now for some time. Still have soulmate and best friend status but the Marchioness still has her frog eyes no matter how many times I have tried to change them in CAS.  Im not sure if this is a bug or intended but I have looked all over for any posts regarding this topic and have found nothing thus far.  

Is anyone else experiencing this?

I love the concept behind the frog noble, just thought that once the curse was "broken", his/her features would be able to be customized fully. 

I do not use any mods to play and the only cc I have is for jewelry. (yes, I tried disabling it to see if that changed anything. It did not.)
