Omds yes. I was scrolling through the list of community lots and I didn't even acknowledge that it was there. There is no reason for you to visit them, a library you can read, a gym you can workout but a museum, you can stare at a painting? I loved lilsimsie's science museum and I think it was a fun idea, but if a museum had a special reason for travelling there, they would be so much more visitable and buildable.
