I like this notion.
Yes, public venues could use some polish, and museums could use it more than most.
I just recently built a community lot, and tagged it as a museum, to represent an historic site in one of my saves.
Having the tools to make it a proper history museum would be welcome. Or a natural history museum, or a science or industry museum. Art is wonderful, but really just the tip of the iceberg as far as possibilities go.
