Sims 4 on ps4 not connecting to internet

So yesterday I downloaded and installed two kits sleek bathroom and kitchen clutter. I started the game and went to collect my rewards from the current event and it says I’m not connected to the internet. Prior I’ve never had this issue before with sims. I have restarted my ps4 system and restarted my internet boxes. All my other games can connect just fine to the internet. So I’m thinking it’s sims 4 game itself. Please help me, I want my rewards and to upload my latest builds! Any help would be appreaciated!
