Skill unlock buildmode items
Items that get unlocked with skill progress aren't staying unlocked when a sim is downloaded from the gallery.

@RainbowPandaBIs the Sim you downloaded created by EA or is it a custom made Sim by another player?
Some Sims may be created by various players who use various mods in their game or other Custom Content that may be interfering with your game play experience.It a custom made sim, the sim is mine, and I'm on console. So no mods are interfering.
