Smog Vacuum Needed Earlier in Career

For many of us the major use for the smog vacuum is to restore the furniture from dumpster diving for the freegan lifestyle.

But to get it you need to “sell out” and join a career and then get to a high level in the career for a chance at getting it as a blueprint award.

Because of this by the time your sim receives the Smog Vacuum they really no longer need it!

I would like to see it as a rare random find in a dumpster (needs repairing of course) or as a random reward for a lower level  blueprint.

I have only ever received it after a “perfect” or “outstanding” blueprint - level 9/10 of career. If you have managed to get it sooner I’d love to know, and everything else I’ve posted can be ignored🙄
