I was thinking exactly the same thing as you!
I'm glad they are putting out new content, but I can't always be honestly happy about the new packs because the thought that there will be another new bug anyway makes me more depressed than happy about it.
I feel like you have been rushing to get new packs out, so I would like you to slow down the development of new packs and prioritize fixing bugs.
I 1000% agree! It's getting harder and harder to be happy and excited about new content when I know all it's going to bring are bugs. They spew out 3/4 expansion packs a year (and a poop ton of game packs... and stuff packs... and kits) without going through and taking time on them. New sims 4 is missing the love EA use to put into their game.

You are right!
I have seen the list of bug reports compiled by volunteers and it seems that almost every pack currently has a bug. It doesn't seem like a serious company to leave this alone and develop new packs, and I can understand why people think EA lacks love and responsibility for their games.
We are not angry at EA because we are against their work. It is because we love their work and are fans of EA. It is because we love them that we are saddened that they continue to disappoint us.
We hope EA does not disappoint us any more. Otherwise, we will truly hate this work. Please let us continue to be fans of this work. Thanks for starting this thread to raise this issue. We really appreciate it and sincerely hope that our voices will be heard by EA.

It's no problem! I'm glad to help give a voice to those who are frustrated with EA! I hope they see the damage their doing and start fixing it! (hopefully the bugs are the first thing they tackle lol)
