With the team wanting to add new medical wearables i think it would be cool if the medical wearables could at least provide some weak moodlets related to them like hearing aids causing discomfort or happiness sometimes, etc. and obviously a toggle for whoever don't want this kind of gameplay.
yes i bet some people want this, i know someone who's half deaf so it will be cool to have them in the game and a toggle off like you said for those who doesn't want this in the game so it's a win-win for both parties
