I think you are offering a fair critique. 

Frankenmeshing is something that is generally considered to be easier to make where modders are using existing assets and modifying them into something new, you don't want to see it being done for making packs because you want to pay for quality.

This is just a kit which doesn't cost a lot and it's also being done together with a cc creator for a game that has a lot of content already so we will probably see similar items sometimes, but still, I think your opinion is valid.
