What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? all except JTB
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? By placing a squatting toilet which comes with ForRent pack, and have a sim use it
What happens when the bug occurs? The sim will stand down but they are looking at the player-side
