What small update would make a big difference for you?

I'd like for Teens to be able to gain Parenting skill if they do things for their younger siblings; currently they can't gain the skill till they age up to YA. I think it would be great for storytelling purposes (maybe both parents are workaholics so the teen has to do all the child rearing).
