I have been playing and got to a point where my two sims should have already been able to ask to be girlfriend/boyfriend, friendship is maximum and romantic is almost there. I looked everywhere and I see no option for ask to be boyfriend/girlfriend?
Since installing Lovestruck, I have built my Sims relationship up to full. However, I can't marry my Sims or add the new sim to the household...it doesn't give me either option. My sim recently got divorced, but would that still affect it. I've tried to add other sim friends to the house but there's no option to either. Is this an issue other people are having or is it something to do with just my game? I have no mods installed either.
I had trouble finding it at first, did you try looking under the new Relationships tab?
Proposing, Moving In, Breaking Up, etc. is now under that tab instead of the Romance one.
Ah thanks so much. I had looked under that before but nothing was there. I've since come away from the game and come back and it's there!
Sooo...my sims are very high in friendship and romance, but for some reason when I try to make my sim propose to their significant other, I can't find that option for him. Am I the only one going through this? Please help </3
@monoponokono Since you're in Mod & CC Issues, do you have mods or CC in your Mods folder? If so, do a "vanilla" test to see if a mod/CC is your problem: Move (not copy) the Mods folder to the desktop (or rename it), delete the file called localthumbcache, open the game to test, and exit without saving.
I have had a sim go on a few dates, relationship and romance bar at 100% for both sims and are at amazing compatibility, they are able to woohoo, but the only option I get is 'ask to have a romantic relationship' not the original 'ask to be boyfriend/girlfriend' option with the animation, is this an ongoing bug? Is there a workaround or must I use mccc or CAS in full edit mode to force relationship, I do have mods and have painstakingly rebuilt my folder from scratch before re-adding, mods I have are Twisted mexi better exceptions, Sacrificial road to romance and dance mods, mccc, andirz smart sim cheats and smart gender cheats and related core files and the latest Chingyu more traits in cas and the extra traits for sims mod, I do have numerous clothing/make up and build items, plus a new Chingyu updated trait pack, checked each one and is fine. I was having this pie menu issue pre mods re install, although i always keep mccc in. I know people say it mods causing it but I doubt it when i had no mods installed and it would not show, the option is completely gone. Also there used to be a break up/divorce option that seems to have also vanished, also found when right click a moodlet it removed now does not, I now have to force removal with mods.
