Best way to remove music from The Sims 4 to not get copyright claims?

I am both streaming on Twitch and uploading videos on YouTube and while editing my latest video I just saw that there is We Are Young playing in the background and I am pretty sure I will get a copyright claim for it.

What can I do to remove the copyright songs? I do not want to remove all the music in the game. Is there a good way to do this?

You can music track toggle it off under Game Options -> Music. This should stop it that specifics song gets played on radio stations.
